My feature Friday ANYTHING GOES

Today I am featuring Anything Goes. A local shop in Rhode Island that features LOCAL artisan's, including myself. It is owned by 3 wonderful people. Henry, Pam & Annie. They are friends with a common dream. A place where friends and family can show their amazing artistic talents. A place where they can create. A new beaded lanyard

I haven't blogged in quite some time. Time simply gets away from me. I've been working alot in my "real" job as a nurse. Today I am orienting in "the infusion" unit. This is where patients come from home to get infusions of medications, instead of going into the hospital. They can walk in, get their treatment , and go home. How appropriate, to list my breast cancer awareness beaded lanyard today. Made with cute white with the pink ribbon lampwork beads. Perfect for the nurse or teacher in your life.

Destashing

I love when I know I'll be shopping soon for new beads. It's a time I go through everything I have, to make way for the new. I touch every bead I have, decide whether or not I can possibly part with them. I fell in love with each one when I bought them for a special project or just because I love them. I tend to do that more. I see something , it catches my eye, I go back and know I have to have it. It's after when I'm home, sitting at my work station, I get the ideas and it all comes together. The stones themselves, inspire me.
