Hi. Here in the Northeast, we are in the middle of a flood. I am not even near a river, pond or even a stream. Thank goodness. Schools are closed, roads are closed, people are being evacuated. My basement is flooded. Poor husband has been down there for countless hours. But I have to consider myself one of the lucky ones. My house is dry..I have a wood stove to keep it cozy in here. I have power, and lights. We are all safe and sound.
